Where do we ship?
Currently, we only ship to the following regions: the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Shipping Cost:
We are pleased to announce that all items come with free shipping. The price you see is the final price you will pay.

No hidden fees: All import duties and taxes are included in our product prices. You will not need to pay any additional fees upon receipt.

How long does delivery take?

Because each painting requires meticulous creation and proper drying time, please refer to the following schedule: Total Estimated Delivery Time: 10 – 17 Business Days

Production Time (5–7 Business Days): This is the time required for professional artists to hand-paint your order and for the paint to cure sufficiently for safe packaging.

Transit Time (5–10 Business Days): Once shipped, items typically arrive via trusted premium carriers including DHL, FedEx, or UPS Express.

The "Preview & Approval" Service:

Before shipping, we will send you photos and videos of the artwork via email for your confirmation. You may request adjustments to the colors or details. We will only ship the item once we have received your confirmation.

Order Processing

All orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
